A couple of our favourite English, we are lucky enough to live near a few vineyards down here and try to drink English when we can because the Whites and Roses are equally as good as any other countries offerings.

The Moebius cowl is looking beautiful! Great colour! And sounds like a perfect menu for me Carbonara and cheesecake. Have you been watching Rick Stein's tour around the Med? The last one, on Morocco and Turkey, was amazing - wonderful food :)
